Wekiva High School

I graduated Wekiva High School in Apopka, Florida with high school diploma in May 2019. I first attended this school as an international student (which was eligible for only one year) for my freshman year. I transferred to a different school for my 10th and 11th grade years and moved back here for my senior year. While attended this school, I joined band as being a flute player position. Being a band teaching how to develop social skill, build confidence, team collaboration, maintain healthy competition, create memories, and learn life skills. Also, I had the opportunities to take the course called, "Digital and Informative Technology," where I lean and develop awareness of computer languages, web-based and software applications, and emerging technologies. It helps me to improve my IT skills (also known as information technology skills) which are technical skills necessary to work within technical support, maintenance, and development. I passed the exams and gained two certificates - "Microsoft Office Specialist" and "Power Point Office Specialist."

There were multiples science fair and exhibition throughout the school years for students where they were able to create science projects and experiments that they can engage in active learning and develop sufficient science literacy. The school also offers various field trips for students to historic places such as Barberville Pioneer Settlement, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, etc. where the students have a more refined understanding of local and national history, but also be able to absorb the melting pot of cultures that shaped the area into what it is today.

University of Central Florida
Fall 2021 - Present
I'm currently an undergraduate senior student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Pre-Clinical Health Sciences. While pursuing my bachelor degree for two years at UCF, I found my passion for being a Pharmacist. I have lots of opportunities here to explore and gain experience from such different courses (clinical nutrition, pathophysiology I & II, biochemistry, pharmacogoly) and by joining to various organizations such as the National Society of Leadership and Success, Pre-Pharmacy Society, etc). This learning experience will contribute to my graduate studies and prepare myself with such valuable job skills to work in the healthcare field.
